The House consists of 4 Bed Rooms, Three of them with attached Bath. And Contains a Separate Reception and Dining Hall, Kitchen. The house is now under Construction.

Proposed Nalukettu at Alavil

This is Proposed Design for a Typical Kerala Style Traditional Nalukettu Situated at Alavil, Kannur, Owned by Mr. Hareendran.

The Nalukettu consists of 5 Bed Rooms all of them with attached Bath. And Contains Separate Formal and informal Reception and Dining Hall, Kitchen at the ground Floor and a well equipped Home-Theatre at Fist floor. Main highlight is the Nadumuttom placed at the center of the Floor which opend to Direct skylight. The Project is now under Construction.

While we visited, there was an old Quarters. After Redesigning, it's completely changed the entire aspects of the house. The design is based on Contemporary Type. The House Situated at Manchapalam, Kannur, Owned by Mr. Shameer.

The House consists of 3 Bed Rooms, One of them with attached Bath. And Contains a Separate Reception and Dining Hall, Kitchen. Which is a low budget house and work is completed.

The design is based on Semi- Contemporary Type. The House Situated at Punnakapara, Azhikode, Owned by Mr. Mahinudhin.

The House consists of 4 Bed Rooms, three of them with attached Bath. And Contains a Separate Reception and Dining Hall, Kitchen. Now the work is completed.
